The aluminum piece that it replaced looked fine to me. Manufacturers have been making nice looking interiors for many years. I just think that CF as an interior trim option is a fad.

Yes, I’ve driven a Supra. Other than sitting lower than you would in other cars and having a unique dash, the experience is identical if you had similar drivetrains. It’s certainly not worth the 4x premium that you’d pay with the other options, in my opinion anyway.
