There is no need to parse how someone who called a man the n-word in anger and then got pushed to the ground ‘feels’ about her experience. Also no need for Hunt to explain that he ‘felt’ verbally assaulted and provoked by the woman’s language. That is emotional reasoning, and it does not help here.

Disparity of force is usually taken into account when evaluating charges, but it does not have to be considered by your employer. If it is taken into account then Hunt’s suspension will be easily upheld.

I agree, and if the US had any kind of social safety net for the guy at the bottom of the org chart then this kind of ‘right-sizing’ (:: barfs ::) would be a lot easier for people to navigate.

I understand that my tone is harsh, but I am not here for the Tyson Fury redemption tour, even in an article as well written as this one. Guy is an asshole, and I have had enough that this week, and forever.

There are bros across the country that cannot wait to roll as many custom parts as possible into the purchase and drive it away on a 72 month note. Same for a legion of dads that don’t want to drive a FUV but can’t quite bring themselves to drive something that doesn’t make them feel tall and potent. 

I think this car looks pretty good. AWD too? Nice. I used to have a speed3, and while it was fun to rip around in the NVH in the car was brutal. This interior looks like a big step up. I look forward to hearing more when you get your hands on it.
