Re: the Kyle Walker goal - even without the slight hesitation I think that is a big ask from a keeper. Walker absolutely crushes that shot, and his placement is perfect. Even if the keeper had gotten a hand on it he would have struggled to turn it around the post.

The goal against Juve was a mis-hit cross. Dempsey was a mediocre talent, and Donovan did more for the team than Dempsey did, although Dempsey did manage to get that shot on goal against Algeria at the death (rebound scored by Donovan). And he broke Terry’s face, which is a joy forever. So he did some good things. 

That has been my issue with the controller: the exorbitant price combined with weak reliability. It is deeply frustrating when something so expensive is so failure-prone.
