Speedruns are hard to measure anyway since there are multiple factors that can affect a run. Lag, hardware (GPU, CPU, RAM and HDD), Software (Operating Systems), frame rate, its kind of hard to get a perfect run if you don’t have the right setup

Be more hassle as judges would have to calculate how much time the loading screens took, especially if there were multiple load screens in succession.
