I mean, everything you just listed convinced me that having a pet over a child was the right decision.

ROI: Return on Investment.
That engine in an S2000, yes. I meant the entire Z4M. An interesting I6 would be the N52 from the 328/330. It’s aluminum and probably lighter than the S2000’s four cylinder. It probably be a little bit over the front axle but not much. I think it would be the perfect amount of hp and torque.
I would spend luxury roadster money on an electric S2000 with modern amenities. Doesn’t even have to break 300 miles of range, but breaking 300 hp would be ideal.
Throw in about 3-4 more inches of legroom -- some way, somehow -- and I will put a deposit down tomorrow.
It makes no difference where you pay, if you pay with a swipe and they’re in the POS system, your info is gone. Articles like this annoy me.
Here’s the thing though; I buy Patagonia for things like skiing, hunting, hiking and all that it’s really designed for, but I also buy it for going to the grocery store and lounging around the house. Sure, it’s expensive, but it freaken lasts. Plus, part of the reason it is expensive is because it’s sustainably…
With EVs now, more than perhaps any other time in history, your mileage will almost certainly vary.
This is what gets me. Most people will be financing these gifts. So you’re making a decision for the household finances with only one party’s input. Seems like a terrible gift.
You would be surprised how many units we move in late December that are gifts. Usually it’s Dads and Husbands making little Bella/Ethan a very happy kid or shutting up the wife for a week. But my favorite car as a gift story was in 2015.
4 years ago i saw a minivan disintegrate when a camaro rear-ended it at over 100mph.
Because you can hear the limits of grip and hold a conversation.
Just an FYI, because this comes up every time the NTSB publishes a report:
-Leclerc had the inside line to the next corner yet he stayed right in the exact middle of the track. He should have given his team mate more room.
-Vettel (eventually) got enough room to get by yet he squeezed Leclerc a bit more mid-straight .He didnt need to do that.
Verstappen was absolutely flying. Should be a fun watch tomorrow. Also, it’s crazy how Gasly consistently performs better in the TR than he did for RB.
The real threat is the Renault-Nissan debacle. Motorsport is always the first operation to get the axe when shit gets ugly. I hear from my ex colleagues that the official word is “Business as usual”, but they’re kinda worried.
yeah, those damn safey regs and halos to protect drivers. Danger is their job. Like, why do we even give police officers bullet proof vests?
1. 2020 engine and cars are mostly fixed by now. The damn cars need to run in 3 months.
It’s too bad they apparently just assumed every household in the US had 3 iPhones that needed to be charged.

You listening Spanfeller? Don’t fuck with the good parts.
