The songs is a licensing thing. Nothing you can do about it - you can't sell it with expired licenses. But the game was made before publishers realized the value of all-territories/in perpetuity.

First game I played on backwards compatibility last month. Don’t see a need for Remastered edition. The graphics are totally solid for s side-scroller.
