Horrible horrible logic. With that logic you might as well say, “America is very likely to ban the dollar if there is evidence it’s being used in drug trade”.

You do realize that if the US bans it when other countries/international companies use it, it will only hurt the US economy more and tank the dollar to a lesser value than a peso.

When China banned Bitcoin, there was a slight draw back, but since then it has doubled and Japan has officially accepted it as a legal currency.

The US Dollar is being used for the same illegal purposes, and the treasury department hasn’t changed how the dollar works in response. Cryptocurrency is not governed by any government, so it cannot be regulated, as private businesses have the right to accept any form of currency. Thus, it cannot be banned either.

You do realize people cash in on their bitcoin and get whatever currency they use in their country in return right? Is that fake money?

Weird how companies like Newegg and Microsoft accept this alleged “fake money” (Google it) - if it were fake as you claim it is, I don’t think those 2 companies alone would bother

I wonder if some of those drivers were stoned.

He mentioned Netflix Canada in a previous post, so I think it’s safe to assume he’s not American.

Thanks Americans for knowing more about reality TV then reality itself and voting for a TV star. Out of the almost 400 million of you, you put up 2 of the most cancerous idiots I’ve seen.

First of all, Clinton is even more of a Republican-lite than Obama, so there’s no reason to assume this is true. Second of all, don’t try to shift the blame. If the DNC hadn’t rigged the primary, Trump wouldn’t be president.

Correction. I just said they were both bad. I never said one was worse than the other and I don’t care who was worse than the other because I didn’t vote in that election.

Thanks for electing a person that literally said he assaults women and is openly a bigot.

Citizens United

You assume much, including that Justices Ginsburg and Breyer will still be on the court and not replaced by Trump appointees David Clarke and Eric Trump.

Everyone who decries the Crypto-rush as a “bubble”, overlooks the gravity of its essential appeal. A decentralized currency, not tied to any one-country’s GDP, fiat holdings, politicians, monetary policymakers, or (perhaps most importantly) any other group of clowns in banking or high office, will always have appeal.

um...what? this has nothing to do with normal pc use.

Yes, but it gives 45 the opportunity to brag about how our planes have lasers! “Pewwww, pewwwww, pewwww. They’ll be able to shoot down enemy planes like bing, bing, bing...bing, bing, bing, bing!”

It’s nothing that another half-trillion in cost overruns can’t prolong.

You forgot:

To be clear though, the issue is with the software created by Parity, not Ether itself. The code of their wallet has been very buggy and people shouldn’t be using it.
