In most of the US states, nothing - if you’re on private property. If you’re off road, you may need an “off road sticker” for the vehicle, and you may need to be a certain age.

I’ve always been of the belief that a company/corporation/etc that relies on keeping wages low to break even is not a business that is interested in longevity. Labor has supply/demand as well.

At some point the expansion of credit is not going to be enough to compensate for the loss of purchasing power and companies are going to learn the hard way that maximizing profits by keeping wages low is not a good long term…
