VOTE: Timepost (currently) (...it's okay)

ahhrrggghhh...but I'm sick of living in the Midwest! Can you find a few other 'most affordables' for me??

A quick note about the browser sidebar stuff... a few months ago I got hooked on the Cruz browser (Mac), which allows you to set the user agent of the sidebar as iPhone/mobile, so you get desktop browser access to the mobile version of some google apps...waay cool: [bit.ly]

instead of installing a completely new app - if you already use ImgBurn, you can simply add a registry entry to give you a 'Burn Folder to Disc' in the right-click context menu

@jdoree: I thought the same thing...DropBox and Boxee are currently two of my all time top apps...a mash of those would spin my head

I bought the Battery Xtender a couple years ago. It charges normal (non-rechargeable) batteries. For me it was def. worth the cheap $36 pricetag. Their site's down until the new version is release.

@WayneHennessy: Yep! TeamViewer all the way. No account needed. VERY easy for those untechsavvy folk.

I love skitch, but Snapz Pro X came with MacHeist bundle 2 and it's been a great/powerful tool

@UnStatusTheQuo: This is what I'd like to do - any details, tips/suggestions, etc. that you'd be willing to offer. Maybe even a brief rundown of your specs and setup would be great! brandonjp at gmail

MUSIC SEARCH!!!

@NeritaEpicasta: doesn't matter - as stated in other posts....the hulu plugin no longer works anyway

This would be much handier if I select a bunch of text somewhere, then I'd like to just invoke QS, hit the dot . and paste the text, THEN create a new text file that includes the text on my clipboard. Can't figure that out.

I wanna know how to add an event to your Google Calendar via email...surely there's a way to do this. It would be so handy so that I can send a quick message to Jay and to Gcal that says "Lunch with Jay today at noon"

By the way, since the above link is no longer good, to download Afloat, go here: [infinite-labs.net]

(For me) The joy of this app is not that it makes your app window transparent, but the 'alfoat' feature which keeps your application window "always on top" — something I really miss about using Windows & Linux.

thanks for the article, Gina...been waiting on this mobile software for a long time

btw, back to the original manual method...you don't have to actually hit cmd-I or 'Get Info' to then paste the art...as long as you've got the album art showing in the below your playlists, then you can just right click to copy, then right click again to paste and it embeds the art to your id3 tag

cool that it reads tags, but I wish it would recognize files that are in sub-folders under the /songs directory

except it won't take any of my txt files - not sure if that's a Tiger only problem or an issue with the app or even a gdocs issue
