Wow talk about amateur hour. Re using that oil cooler was a rookie move. So much more gratification wrenching yourself any way. *thumbs up
Like I always said: “Nah, the ringlands on the EJ205 are fine...because you’ll spin a bearing way before breaking one.”
Half-right. The EJ251 DOHC Series 1 (N/A) that came before the N/A SOHC engines was even worse for headgaskets. But yeah, the forced induction engines are better.
After a third engine I would call it a day. Hats off to you and your dedication to Subaru.
Uhhhh you know that was like 10 years ago right?
looks kind of like one of those generic “luxury cars” that cant look like an actual production vehicle in the game Grand Theft Auto
well then, if you want it that way. then guess what? the 196? lemans version of a ford gt40 was drivin by carrol shelby to a track lap time of 173.45 miles per hour. so its not the prodution cars EVER made either.
Without the windshield eyes, they never would have slipped the Miata twins flashing their headlights bit.
Rousey is an Olympic medalist in Judo. She’s completely legit and to suggest otherwise is nonsense.
Ronda’s mom is the first American to win to take Gold at the World Judo Championships. I’m pretty sure Ronda would specialize in submissions and would be light years ahead of anyone regardless of when she started the sport.
WRX. It is burning oil, and leaking oil, and has a knock that sounds larger than a valve. But it could be. Either way, I am not going to spend a lot of money on a 2003 with 310,000 miles. And I haven’t had the car looked at by the dealer since about 90k.
Well can you come do mine then? I have a little knocking going on and don’t have the skill or time to do it :) I am not sure why, the thing only has 310,000 miles on it!
Have you ever pulled the pistons out of a WRX? It is not easy. Those things point sideways!
I don’t think they use the 3.0 anymore. The current 3.6 is supposed to have a lot of the same tech that the newer FA/FB engines have.
