Bingo, had the BRZ NEVER gotten a face-lift of any kind but they introduced the WRX turbo engine last year, they’d be selling 3x as many as when they first hit the market.  

And moreover, they are sick of overpaying for them.  Few level-headed buyers will skip a WRX given all it’s performance perks over the BRZ and practicality improvements when they sit at the same damn price point.  

Ahh yes, WRX replacement syndrome is real. What gives WRX levels of fun with enough room for the kids without breaking the bank? Nothing still under warranty. Your Challenger AWD is a major downgrade in terms of performance given it’s heft and V6 only option.

Talk about a dying brand. Chrysler now sells “4" models, 3 of them are just different trim levels of the same Minivan (Pacifica, Pacifica Hybrid and Voyager).  So really, they sell 2 cars.  Just kill it off and lump it under Dodge.  

This is cool with me, wish more car manufacturers would stick with a good design and iterate. I’m sure Chevy wishes they still sold the 5th generation Camaro.  Their 6th generation model’s peak sales when it was brand new were less than what the Challenger is selling after nearly 11 years of sales.

Well, FWIW if STI owners were better at accounting for the costs they rack up modifying their cars many of them may discover they’ve spent more than what the S209 costs buying and then upgrading their base STI.
