The issue is, which another user pointed out, that the movies etc are all rendered in game as well as the gameplay so it does take quite a bit more disk space to do that and even with heavy compression, pretty much fills up a Blu-Ray disk.

Actually they have a new feature in the latest patch (that added trophy support, yay) which allows you to intall it all at one time.

Microsoft had 2 things going for it this generation that basically won it for them. It came out first (a year earlier even though they could have used that extra year to work out the bugs) and it was MUCH cheaper than the PS3 at initial release.
