As long as the AC is good, I'm down with the Mysterion.

Wow. Okay. Yes.

Can't they weave carbon fiber into more interesting designs? I'm thinking houndstooth might be nice.

The weird thing is they do put money in their drivetrains. This new C-class will get a 7-spd auto apparently, and the C250 gas engine has got to be a new design. But only 30? Euro mileage estimates tend to be inflated compared to U.S. estimates, too.

Not bad at all, even in garish yellow. I hope it gets built. I love all those old coachbuilt Fiats from the design houses. It seemed that for every Ferrari berlinetta, there were a dozen or so strange but often attractive little cars motivated by Fiat.

Congrats, duurtlang. You stirred up a real ant's nest with that one. Be glad you didn't wonder aloud about our need for 3,000+ square feet of living space.

It's a smart design. That way the hippies aren't spooked when they get thrown into the back of a Crown Vic.

That's gotta be the longest name for an Alfa!

What an interesting barn find. It's been sitting on the show floor so long carbon fiber trees have sprouted through the fenders.

This could have been the J. Lopez of cars. And it is feline, but in a Lewis Carroll way.

Yes and yes. Adventurous, which is nice. But overdone. Overstyled. And it just looks pudgy. Saab's should be curvaceous, but not pudgy.

It's only worth 14 if we film a British wit driving it to Fairbanks. In winter.

Dear Alfa,

I agree that this is derivative, but not so much of Japan and Korea as it is Europe. I'm seeing Maserati GranTurismo all over this design, especially the hood length, fender cuts, and rims (I see the trident!). I see a little Aston Martin at the rear taillights and that chrome bit in front of the doors. I'm seeing

How is it a PhoeniX if it's stillborn?

This is a petty quibble, but don't the air vents look like something out of a Ford Escort?

Or if you are stuck between trucks and it's car sandwich.

Until I looked it up I thought Morgan stayed with JAP until they installed the smoother Ford Y engine. But Morgan used pretty much any V-twin that had a nice price: MAG, Matchless, Blackburne, Precision, etc. Some racing versions even used an Anzani twin with 8 valves.
