@Rejexted: It's a message often played in the London Underground (London rail system). When the train stops, there's naturally a gap between the train and the platform so the message is reminding the passengers not to trip over it. It's very symbolic of the London Underground system.

@00Red: I am aware but the filters you are referring to are of a much better quality than the plastic colored filters mentioned here.
