"fucking crazy not real animals" definitely straddle the murky, malleable sci-fi/fantasy line. Although Tolkien is definitely not sci-fi. That is not something I ever anticipated needing to clarify. And the "laws of reality" are about as subjective as anything else governing the plot of your average work of fiction.

I've been thinking along these same lines. The races that aren't just humans with a single exaggerated feature (ears, waist, etc.) that appear in the movie will likely look very different from the game.
