Anyone who invests in any Trump project name only or actually Trump is an idiot IMO.

Back in the 80s it started appearing to me that Trump makes money on doing the project. The project can fail or succeed, it simply doesn’t matter. This structure is not unique to Trump and he didn’t invent either. It’s really quite

“It’s incredibly sad that so much responsibility can be put on someone who, let’s face it, didn’t make much money as the manager of a Shell station. Szczecina is really getting screwed by capitalism coming and going.”

So what’s the difference between not collecting with bankruptcy and not collecting without it?
Only the govt can throw people in jail for not paying.

“So without any regulations”

Which is what I stated before, bankruptcy is for the debtor to get out debts. To nullify contracts.

From someone who has no money and no assets to liquidate for money there’s absolutely no difference with or without bankruptcy. You don’t collect.

Did not argue it was.

And we’ve got the third strawman of going from less to none. Congratulations to the three of you for constructing an absurd extreme and knocking it down.

The bankruptcy game exists to nullify contracts. Basic contract law would still exist without bankruptcy.

Again, nice strawman of going from less to none.

BTW, Bankruptcy exists to nullify contracts. Basic contract law would still exist without bankruptcy.

Nice strawman of going from less to none.

In the case of bankruptcy it’s the regulation that allows for people to skip out on their debts. It’s the regulation that people play so their creditors, customers, etc have to go pound sand and prevent criminal charges. Less regulation here means less ways to avoid either paying or prison.

I didn’t mention voting.
What I find to be interesting is that those who insist people vote get upset any time the voters choose someone or something they don’t consider acceptable.

You project. It’s your jealousy that drives your drivel. Your level is insults. It’s all you have. You’re jealous of those you define as ‘rich’.

You need to dehumanize other people in order to justify stealing from them. That’s beyond uncouth. It must be nice to be able to sit back and demand other people work hard

Sounds like a nice prevent someone else from doing it patent.

I don’t consider it a contradiction. I consider there is a uniparty. You brought up immigration as proof it wasn’t a uniparty, citing their supposedly opposing views. Yet they both have the same ultimate position, allow gobs of immigrants into the country.

The democrats want the same exploitable underclass too. They

And you’ve reached your usual level.

Back a couple-three-four decades it was the democrats accusing the republicans of wanting large amounts of immigration to bust unions and drive down wages.

Neither so-called party does anything to significantly change what’s going on. They just babble back and forth and put on a show. Both want large amounts of

I’m a hard working tax donkey. “Lucky” is one of the ways people like you justify what is essentially enslavement of productive people through taxes. You look at the guy down the block who instead of partying in his youth worked hard and developed skills, call him lucky and tax him.

People deploy ‘luck’ as one of the mechanisms to justify theft. Calling a person ‘lucky’ or ‘privileged’ and so forth is a way of dehumanizing the intended target of theft. It’s to make what people know is wrong seem acceptable. It also allows people not to look at their own decisions and realize how those had a
