Honestly, I left Shape underwhelmed. It’s not surprising, or at all different than what you expect. It’s a fine movie, but to me, it’s forgettable and I don’t get a lot of the hype surrounding it except for it’s one of those that just LOOKS like an Oscar movie.

I will never forgive my roommate for getting high and using MY netflix account to watch it, therefore ruining my carefully crafted horror movie only algorithm.

Unpopular opinion: Bill Skarsgard should be on the actor or supporting list for Pennywise. The man did some WORK for that role and I have rarely been so fascinated by a character embodiment. The amount of control he had over his body and just the little ticks and twitches that were so small but made such a difference…

As someone who lives around the area, my friends and I cackled when we saw the trailer because....WHAT??!! I mean the house is cool, and I love how crazy the stories of her are, but the house is not that scary. It’s fun to tour around but I’ve never been remotely scared while there.

I’d argue that whatever the song Taylor pretends to rap through most of is worse than the one on here...they’re both terrible but that one is just laughable.

Exactly! I was bullied pretty hard as a kid and I cannot imagine how embarrassed I would be if my mom posted a video like this of me. This would have made things so much worse. But hey, what’s the point of having kids if you aren’t going to exploit every part of their lives?
