I’ve tried everything from the straight up “leave me alone,” to ignoring, to pointing out that I have a bf/husband/whatever. All have had scary consequences. It is now, unfortunately, much safer to just give a fake number and be done with it.

Before a bunch of dudes jump on here and say, “BUT YOU SHOULD JUST BE HONEST WITH THE GUY!” A lot of the times we can’t, because every single one of us has some story of rejecting a guy and getting yelled at or worse.

Now playing

This is the only Phantom of the Opera that matters:

Ugh, I have so many similar situations and I know a bunch of my friends do to. In middle/high school I was a tom boy and unattractive, but I had a lot of guy friends. It was a very harsh realization in college, when I finally grew out of the awkward phase and became “cute”, that I couldn’t just naively be friends with

I have rotating office mates (it’s a set 7-10 of them, but they change every day, I’m the only constant) and there’s one of them that I can’t STAND and I know she can’t stand me either. Our bosses have done a good job of making sure we see the least amount of each other as possible (maybe once every 2-3 months), but

OMG YAY THE 3RD SEASON OF BROADCHURCH

Yeah, work in tech where you get paid a lot and can roll up covered in tattoos and wear jeans/hoodie to work everyday. It really annoys everyone who thinks this way. Haha.

Wow...this is a terrible take. Equating tattooing with self harm is...astounding to say the least. A lot of people actually get tattoos for the OPPOSITE reason: to symbolize getting through a difficult period, to cover up scars, to mark it as an acceptance of something. Tattoos aren’t for everyone, and I get that, but

I’m from this town originally, and I can tell you what’s going on: A mix of good ol boy rednecks and upper middle class “not my angel” parents. It’s a very powerful white mix. The upper middle class feel like they can get away with pretty much anything because they have a small amount of money, plus they are

Sees hometown is in the news for once....

While it would be enticing and an honor to play Judy, as an actor I would be petrified. She is iconic and getting it wrong will not go well. I don’t really see Zellwegger pulling it off but how knows, maybe.

Omg, I liked it more than I thought I would, but if you ever start thinking about it or the plot for more than 2 seconds it all falls apart. Overall very campy and fun. Also, pleasure dome dude was probably my favorite bit.

It literally never goes away. It’s been like 8+ years for me and late at night if the sheet even moves wrong, I freak out.

And I get that this may not be fair to Taylor, but I honestly think that Kesha’s growth and depth has made me dislike Taylor (and a few other pop ladies) even more (TBH, I already didn’t like her). To see someone go from glitter club hits to something so grown up and meaningful, while a few others seem to be stuck in

God damn that new Kesha album is good.

As a Halloween girl....NO! This just makes me hate Christmas more than I already do.

Wow. Thanks for writing/sharing this.

I thought the brands were doing the burning like someone was paying big companies to insult women...I was totally down to see what creative insults Johnson and Johnson or Nabisco had come up with...

OMG THIS IS NOT JUST A NYC THING!

She started her own damn school for girls and it’s fucking amazing and the uniforms are on point.
