You say Pagano couldn’t do better than .500 without Luck. Think for a second the draft picks and trades the Colts have had in the last 3 years. Grigson’s offensive line led to THREE Colts QB’s being sidelined due to injury. I would say Pagano managed to save a season going 8-8.
