It’s not the coaching staff’s fault that the crowd noise is so intense.

I’m with Paul. Totally makes a mockery of the game. What’s next, guys playing the whole game WITHOUT playing a position?

The dumbest portion being...most of them?

It was never about the anthem.

Dean Spanos might be the thinnest skinned babyman in the NFL, which is no small feat.

Reminds me of this:

Frankly, you’d think they’d be excited to claim the pilot as another person in attendance.

buddy why do you think i quit

no spicy nuggets, no peace

Here’s the reality of survival under capitalism: I applied for upwards of 100 jobs after I graduated from college with a journalism degree. I couldn’t even get a seasonal cashier position at the mall. That’s how I ended up in marketing. Do I feel bad about it? Sure, it’s not what I’d hoped for. But I’m not $12,000 in

Saw the thumbs up, but did anyone see him move his legs. Cheap shot, should get suspension. Also Bears suck, hard.

More like Jonathan Chode.

When it comes to the POTUS and white supremacy, if it looks shit, smells like shit and comes out of asshole, it’s probably shit. If he stops being a white supremacist, I will stop calling him one.

It’s interesting and revealing to note the emphasis he puts on the late 60s and early 70s. I think generally 1968 and 1972 are really significant and crucial for influencing the centrist Democratic project - so much of the worldview and the historiography and the overall political strategy is still in reaction to

White supremicist = racist

Or screwed by the wrong one: See Packers and Aaron Rodgers untimed down hail mary TD pass after a bogus facemask call. Or when one of the Seahawks players obviously batted the ball out the end of the endzone as the Lions were trying to score the go ahead (or game tying, I can’t remember) TD. Then there the pass

As a Lions fan, I think I’m uniquely qualified to say this...

Goddamn this was painful to watch. Throwing in the questionable offensive PI, and a fairly ticky tack hold on the drive makes it even worse. I’ll admit, the defensive PI we benefited from looked like an uncatchable ball. However, those two offensive penalties cost us 20 yards, and certainly cost us some clock.

Guess the NFL should Tuck that Rule away.
