Yes for me, that place is different for sure. It has been our second home for a long, long time. The fees are high, but I can see the ocean from every room and in the off season it is heavenly quiet.
We rent it for weeks in the summer months to give my mother a little more income (it’s in a highly desirable area and fetches loads of $$ in high season). I am the only one who uses it the rest of the year. After my folks retired, they spent most of the fall and winter there, so again, Daddy did tons of work on it.…
