The radio included in this bundle is a job site radio and is unsuited for use as a storm radio.  It has no support for AM band or any of the weather bands.

Agreed on the built in Nav.  The manufacturer wanted $200 for a single map update.  I don’t think so when a Garmin GPS was $70 and came with lifetime map updates for free.

100% on the sunroof.  It just came with the trim package but I ahve never even opened it.

And I don’t think I would call Texas Texans unfriendly to bikes, just the weather is.

It seems like they’ve added a time delay to make you pause at each slide for a few seconds.

The sensors on this device appear to be the same as on the Charge 5, but Google says the Charge 6 now uses algorithms borrowed from the Pixel family of smartwatches. As a result, it says, heart rate is more accurate, and so are the metrics like Readiness that make use of heart rate detection.

One thing to point out is that according to Woot, none of the Samsung Note phones listed here are still receiving updates.

In case you get any sort of flooding, which often occurs in natural disasters, you don’t want your water supply to get contaminated. Even if it is in sealed containers, it would be better to not have to worry about having to disinfect the containers.

Also, it’s debatable if running the engine dry is a good shutdown maintenance. Even if you run it dry, there’s gas still left in the carb bowl, which will go bad. Based on my experience, the gas should be OK for at least a year if it was fresh and properly stabilized.

I would recommend storing your water off of the floor, especially if you’re storing it in a basement or cellar.

If you have one in your market, Tire Discounters will come out and inflate your tires to the correct pressure for free. I have been known to tip them however, particularly if it’s extremely hot or cold outside.

Drop it into a real drone racing league course with no special markings on the gates, etc. and see how well it does. Still, this is pretty impressive performance even if it is in a limited environment. And yes, skynet just added one more tool to its bag of tricks.

I’m going to have to try this recipe this weekend.  I would never have thought to use hard boiled yolks.
