Hey
Every asshole on south Philly calls their sauce gravy... We get it, you're Italian.
Retirement age is old, old enough to get the senior discount, old enough to be considered a senior citizen, yup, it’s old. People get old, it happens to everybody if they’re lucky.
Just face it man, the only reason 60 year olds don’t seem old anymore is because you got older too.
Do people not have a sense of humor anymore? Let the sign people have their fun. Anything to brighten my commute to work...
According to the plaintiff, of course. I’d argue that once ownership was transferred the plaintiff relinquished all rights to the property. Unless of course there was a contractural agreement regarding removing the truck’s lettering. Believe me, the dealership, any dealership, operates under their own interests. I…
There is no expressed representation that a dealer will do anything once you sign over the title. Reverse caveat emptor here. They won’t even remove your Dead stickers, nor should they. That’s your job to de-personalize your personal vehicle. Only exception might be if a plumber misrepresented as you with your…

Everyone knows the guy didn’t sell gis truck to terrorists. If anyone is that dense to thing so, well, their opinions don’t matter. He has gotten a ton of free press. Autonation on the other hand, just sold it at auction to someone else. I clean my cars out when I know I’m getting rid of them. Clear the nav address…
I’m not saying the guy deserves the death threats but it’s not the dealers fault. Otherwise I should sue the dealer I traded my Saturn in to for not removing the CDs I had in there and sending them back to me
How is the dealer responsible for this? Joe the plumber here traded his old work truck in for a new one, and the dealership sent it to auction because it was probably clapped out. They don’t have any control over who grabs these at auction
I truly doubt any of his story about fleeing actually happened
You know the Navy does shit like this all the time, right? Whether it’s a new boat or an old one, they’re almost always the closest and best-equipped responders, and they have a mission statement to help out in at-sea emergencies.
Adding to what Thr Devil said, I thought that policy only applied to rescues that came about due to negligence. I don’t think having a heart attack at work would qualify.
Being pedantic, but he wasn’t rescued by an agency of the state of Maine, he was rescued by the US Navy and the US Coast Guard. Not sure what their policy is regarding rescues and billing. Thankfully, it has never come up for me.
Just guessting here - but the coast guard pilot may not be qualified to land on a ship. Also, even if she was, its almost certainly still safer for everyone involved to winch the fella up - landing on a moving flight deck is dangerous and hard. Just ask that osprey crew from last week.
While I can understand the appeal of ceramics, I used to be a professional cook, and the restaurant community has one word for ceramics: chipping. They're great for the first few months, but they quickly develop microchips and you can't easily sharpen.
