Reading comprehension fail. 🤦‍♂️

That’s a fair point but I’m not talking about men, but rather boys who are harmed by the same patriarchy that holds girls back.

Reading comprehension fail strikes again.

I’m going to push back on that and say men participate in patriarchy. Boys are hurt by patriarchy. And that’s an important distinction.

I don’t, at all, get your point. Nor do you seem to have understood mine?

Perhaps those of us with sons could also take it to heart so that boys feel supported pursuing whatever they want.

That’s exactly my point. We assume Tig is earnest and without agenda because that’s the brand she’s cultivated.

Oh look, a new trailer the week after she drags Louis to get herself in the news.

This is the first book I’ve ever pre-ordered. Partly because I want to read it, but especially as a tiny vote of confidence in and support for one of my heroes.

maim instead of kill

What you’re describing doesn’t really have anything to do with the thread, which is about the difference in how banks/providers access and distribute sensitive information over the phone vs sending it by mail.

There’s nothing stopping you from having a locking mailbox or a post office box. None of what you’re saying rebuts my argument which is that the vast, vast majority of scammers and identity thieves aren’t physically near enough to your mailbox to steal from it.

There’s nothing stopping you from having a locking mailbox. Also, in your lifetime how many times do you genuinely believe someone has walked up to your mailbox and pulled your mail out of it?

The physical location shouldn’t be ignored either. The vast, vast majority of people who might want to mess with your mail or steal your identity simply don’t live in proximity to do so.

Literally anyone from anywhere in the world could call your provider and pretend to be you to get that information. They could spoof their phone number or location even.

Labeling machines aren’t practical for a lot of small businesses. The mail is safe this is serious user error.

The top of page logo serves as the return address, and if you picture the destination address where the letter text is, the larger window makes some sense.

Valiant attempt to move the goalposts. Only thing is, game’s been over for 2 days.
