“Good” in the singular appears frequently in common usage, which is how language languages:

Something has to be bespoke to be luxurious? An Hermes bag rolls off the assembly line just as any mass market item would, it’s still a luxury good.

I think manual has a “prestige” here, in a suffer for fashion kind of way. If it’s the standard rather than the exception as it is in most countries, that prestige doesn’t exist.

Yeah, rich people are just as susceptible to be taken by their whims and fancies as the rest of us. Unless we’re talking seriously high-end, bespoke stuff, a Mercedes or Audi is just a Honda for people who have more money to play with.

When did I compare them? You said all Caddies have awful interiors, so I showed you a nice one.

Holy smokes. Who knew they still had it in them.

Oh, yes, this is a horrible idea. No doubt.

I feel like your point of reference as to what the Century should be judged against is misjudged. Think Sumitomo Mitsui Head Office Building or Kinkakuji and you’re in the ballpark.

Definitely with you that their interiors are far more consistent.

I’m not the biggest fan of present day Audi design, but I think this looks fine and handsome. Q7 is neither of those things.

I mean, that’s pretty awful, my dude. If you told me that was a Buick Lucerne, I would believe you.

Yes, I can see that. I think I like that they’re taking a different tack here, though. It’s not just a mini-Escalade, which probably would have helped it sell more, if we’re being honest. The lack of chrome is notable, I feel.

I kind of like that they’re clear lens, though. In fact, the whole thing gives me 9-4x vibes, which I suppose is kind of telling in itself.
