I think they have abandoned socialism in favor of a sort of progressive authoritarianism. Private enterprise is ok as long as every possible grievance is accounted for, every perceived or invented -ism leads to ostracization, and no white people, even if they can dance past all the eggshells, make too much money.  

Traditionally even asshole coaches (Woody Hayes, Spurrier, Saban, Meyer, etc.) agreed to exchange rosters and game tape. Maybe you aren’t aware of that tradition, but it exists still for basically every coach at every level of high school and college football...except Harbaugh.
