Because Trump voters are fucking dumb. They think that the pussygrabbing is “just locker room talk.” I can only speak for myself and I’ve been in plenty of locker rooms and I never heard anything remotely like that.

This is what I do at parties.

Trump’s election finally got me into serious activism (first time post-college). I started showing up, keeping a low profile, and listening more than I talked. I wanted to defer to the people in charge because, y’know, clearly they had more experience than me.

Honestly I think the whole claim is silly. I’ve been groped in gay bars by men a lot less appealing than Kevin Spacey and it wasn’t hard to get over. If it’s continued and prolonged abuse then that’s one thing, but a one-off dick grabbing shouldn’t be a big deal for most gay men.

To paraphrase a guy in the HuffPo comments section, “I’ve been very very gay. I’ve been very very drunk. Neither has ever resulted in me making a move on a 14 year-old.”

Remember, the thin lady in the header picture wasn’t the one who actually provided the vocals on the only part of this song that anyone cares about (which is why it’s in the parenthetical of the title). That was performed by a larger singer that they decided didn’t fit their image.

the point is, this is 35-year-old Ivanka talking about 14-year-old Ivanka, and obviously lying. The point is, 35-year-old Ivanka lies.

Well if you define her “punk phase” as “pre-nose job” then maybe........

Listen to Judith. Do as Judith says, for it does seem like she’s 100 percent correct.

Ugh, me too.

Yep, that video stayed with me too! She inspired me to just never get too complacent assuming a boyfriend is a good person. Served me well in later years.

Stassa - this was a brilliant piece. Thank you.

Note: I was born in 1960, and my life in the closet included a Navy career even before DADT. When I was born, being gay was criminal nationwide. So a lot of what I would have needed to tell my younger self is not nearly as applicable to anyone in the closet today. Thank God, and thank all the amazing people who were

Thank God they’re getting rid of the AMT! Horrid thing.

Hard disagree. Write a goddamn thank you note. 3 lines: “Thank you for your sweet gift. Junior loves the [whatever]. We’ll think of you whenever baby [does thing, looks at thing. whatever]. Love & kisses/gratefully/humbly, New Parent. Same script for all gifts, so don’t worry about being that personalized (unless your

This was a first date movie for me in 1987. Leaving the theater with my date was an awkward vibe. Fantastic movie though, Glenn Close was magnificent, even/especially when she was completely unhinged. Alex was easily the most sympathetic character in the story.

I agree on immigration reform, and I get your point about “clumsly stated” but I just don’t think people realized how “real” shit was going to get (and is getting) under Trump. It’s fine to say “let it burn” when you’re house isn’t close to the fire. Trump was not a “necessary evil.”

I’m also an unfailing optimist and I believe that Trump’s election is a very, very painful necessity.

You know, we still got 3 million more people to vote for her, it’s not our fault her idiotic campaign staff couldn’t distribute them correctly.

I absolutely and vehemently disagree.
