This is Cop 2's bodycam. Cop 1 gets there first, orders Clark to show his hands -gun!- as Cop 2 runs up. Cop 1 jumps back, pulling Cop 2 with him. Then Cop 1 tells him to show his hands -gun!gun!gun! Cop 2 fires several times, pauses, then they both fire. 10 seconds total.

As I posted, the cop who had the cam on wasn’t even looking around the corner when he emptied his gun. He could have killed more kids in the neighborhood.

TBH without the ability to actually identify the caller this law is toothless. Caller ID spoofing is the norm for robo-callers. The only way to fix it is to require carriers to prevent the spoofing, which would probably require major changes to the hardware and software that handles phone calls.
