Don’t bother with the carbon brakes. They’re not worth it.
They will both crash at approximately the same speed at Laguna Seca.
Agreed... I have one in the dash right now and I always have to remember to look at it because it’s not anywhere near my usual field of view while I’m reversing.
Note, I’m not saying he’s wrong. Important distinction. Just asking him to cite reference material.
Citation? The black smoke is pretty common to water injection because it cools the combustion chamber, preventing complete burn. Since it is pretty easy to get complete fuel burn in a jet engine otherwise, I would not be inclined to believe it’s just inefficient.
I know the water injection systems can cause the black smoke. It’s used to increase thrust at low speeds.
That’s what the water injection does for you.
I was just thinking that it was the first Huyra that I liked as much as a Zonda F.
Thinking about this is very scary for me. I’ve tried holding my breath and I can barely managed about 30 seconds before I’m so uncomfortable I have to take a breath. Not sure how I’d hold my breath for the minute+ that’s probably required to escape a sinking vehicle and get to the surface.
I read somewhere that if you don’t get out fairly quickly, though, you’ll lose your bouyancy and may not be able to tell which way is up, especially if it’s dark when you go in the drink.
To most people it’s just a Lambo.
Is that so you don’t get caught inside when it rolls over?
Guessing spinal compression or some other kind of trauma...the landing was pretty severe.
Yeah, you gotta get out before you forget which direction is up.
But I still love seeing it. Miss that bird.
I like it’s other name better... The Last Gun Fighter.
Yeah, it’s hard to know what is meant by “hybrid transmission.” It could be a CVT or it could just be the traction motor. Either way, the ratios should be able to be variable, especially at low speeds.
Probably also has a lot to do with space-claim. The 4speed autobox would only require 2 planets at most to achieve 4 ratios. And, if they’re truly targeting the upper range ratios 3rd-6th or 4th-7th, etc, then the outer diameter could be pretty small too.
Yeah and they sound very similar to the old 2 valve and 4 valve 4.6 liter modular engines.
