I would secure a flat bench somewhere else in the gym, like one over by the dumbbell racks (drop your bag or some weights on it) then approach them and ask to switch. Say hey there aren’t any open bench press stations and I’m done with that bench over there, if you guys are just using the bench but not the barbell do

You just can’t think of it as the same thing as a barbell squat, it’s a “smith squat”. Don’t try to mimic your squat setup. I like it for accessory work because you can really “sit back” into the squat without falling backwards and really target your quads while keeping your shins vertical. But yeah I’m not doing it

What usually happens is when I get down in the squat, I’ll get a slight lean forward, and correcting that (as opposed to falling forward) is what has resulted in a low back strain. I’m fairly certain it’s due to lack of ROM/tightness in the lower back that hasn’t been properly stretched out.

I’ve found that as I do back squats, I get to a certain weight where I’m just going to get injured (lower back). Right about the time I work up to about 245 (I’m 150), I’ll have one little adjustment and tweak something. I’ve found that split-leg squats with a bench and dumbbells are a GREAT alternative. I’ve also

Something I do that I find to be helpful for ‘Dumbbell squats or lunges’. I take the weights and put them on my shoulders. I get a core stabilizing workout and squat workout all at once. Big wins all around.

Why doesn’t it just randomly play the conversations of yours Alexa has already recorded? 🤔

In England, that plus the crowbar constitute a “dangerous arsenal of lethal weapons.”

What do you mean? we’ve historically always gotten one Doug Judy episode per season, why would they suddenly change that? His inevitable appearance each year is as enjoyable to look forward to as the Halloween episodes or the status quo altering season finale’s that lead into great high concept season premieres.

Unless he was an investor, it’s unlikey he lost money, and there were peripheral benefits as well:

He also wrote this on 9/12/2001, which still blows me away with its prescience regarding the American reaction. So he got some things right along the way:

Hunter never met a tab he didn't like.

They’re like the sixth-worst thing that can happen to you when you’re on drugs.

I think you forget the 7 hour countdown that is given for when the ring will be charged up and destroy humanity. That is what drives Ashford’s attempt to fire the laser and stop anybody who is trying to sabotage the effort. He doesn’t have time, in his mind, to try Holden’s idea.

That’s what gamepass is for.
MS is hardcore chasing that netflix money. They aren’t going to give away massive titles anymore.

I understand your take, as well. It just wasn’t clear to me that there was enough time to try both ideas—especially if shutting down the reactors would have set the laser’s progress back to square one. But the time argument became moot, anyway, when Holden said the laser would only guarantee the solar system’s

I mean, most of this story could’ve happened on The Office, except for the cat-related stuff.

Not a complaint per se, but was very odd to have two episodes with no paranormal content...

THIS WAS SO PERFECT PRAISE TOBY

Evil Morty wasn't a robot, he was a cyborg.
