And that’s the worst part for me: nobody went “crazy.” The people of Germany didn’t have a collective psychological episode where they blacked out and woke up to find that, with the connivance of large segments of almost every other European country, they’d somehow slaughtered millions of innocent people.

There are a lot of good points in your post and I’m glad you made an appeal to both the emotional and cognitive side to these discussions. In speaking of reasoning I no longer understand how a so-called “conservative” in this country defines the word “legacy” anymore.

When you read about King’s denouncement of

Here’s how her campaign would go:

Nooo, this cannot be real!

She’s there, in person, and didn’t learn what that wall represents.

What a bimbo. She DOES know that the Berlin Wall came down in 1989, right? She remembers Saint Ronbo taking credit for it? Gurl, that wall don’t work. That is an ex-wall.

I, for one, don’t want her to go away. She’s an incredibly smart and capable woman with a lifetime of public service who should be leading some sort of fight against the rise of hate and fear 💩’s election has spawned. What that role is I have no clue, but I’d gladly support her.

I blame national democrats. They don’t even try in Texas. But if you look at the election Clinton got 43.4% of the vote while spending zero money in the state. In Ohio, she spent a fortune but only got 43.5% of the vote. Democrats just decided to not bother. I live in the 36th district and there wasn’t even a

You’re leaving out Dallas. I’ve been impressed with Rawlings. I would almost even add San Antonio where it not for their mayor who seems pretty proud to be a bigot.

This STILL makes we want to scream into the void. How many people actually want this? Have they devoted any thought to the logistics, maintenance, and oh, that AIRPLANES WILL STILL EXIST. And that plenty of the low-paying American jobs that Americans DONT WANT TO DO are done by people across the border? Also, I recall

I am white, male and upper-middle class. HI!!!!

Just talked about it on another thread and I think that’s me too.

Then you (and too many people like you) are either missing the point, or can’t see the forest for the trees, or just don’t care. Republicans now have all three houses, and they’re going to use them to rip healthcare away from 20 million people, eviscerate the safety net, and embolden certain elements of our law

If you dont show up you are actively hurting myself and my children as much as if you had voted for the American Nazi Party. If you aren’t a part of the solution, you are part of the problem and this is a rare instance that phrase is completely accurate.

What you did, by not voting: is guaranteeing kids will starve, women will lose their reproductive rights, and the wage disparity will just grow. Your inaction, and anyone like you, has guaranteed people will suffer. Grow the fuck up, and stop thinking you are the only person who matters. People like you, ruin lives,

Idiot. Fuck you.

because liberal flight from these states solves nothing. running and hiding in solid blue states is a coward’s way out. it’s capitulation.

There are a TON of brown people in the South. The dining options in the South and Texas are incredible. There are also very blue areas in places people on the east and west coasts (there are three coasts, people) like to shit on - Houston, New Orleans, Louisville, Nashville, etc. Be the fucking change.

I agree—no more over 70 candidates—-(and I’m old).

She campaigned until she quite literally collapsed. She was in Ohio and Pennsylvania until the bitter, bitter end. What do you all want? Other than that she grow a dick.
