Same with my S2000.  Sucks.

Holy shit I love those.  Haven’t seen one in years though.

Next is the time chain tensioner, which is weak and you’ll hear a rattle on startup, which causes wear on your timing chain and components, so they will need to be replace or else your losing HP.

The second season of DD was not good either.

If that’s the worst you have, consider yourself lucky

I’ll give you $15! Bidding war, commence!

I think these are actually really attractive. Rear looks good too.

Glad they have gotten better. My brother has an earlier one and while it is not a complete POS it does have more problems than it should.

Seems like typical European car ownership stuff.

Or this:

How reliable have they been? I love Saabs and want another one but both of my reals Saabs fell apart around 120k miles and I had a hard time finding a competent mechanic to fix them.

While it doesn’t make any sense, some people are just fans of the cars and do it as a passion. I bought a 1990 Volvo 760 wagon that a guy had just put over $16k in for $5500 a few years back. He improved it, made it exactly the way he wanted it, drove it for six months, then found a 240 that he was going to do the

I actually saw a surprising number of Mets fans there. IIRC it was on the day that game six or seven would have been so they were in town anyway. The ones I talked to were trying to forget everything by getting black out drunk and were mostly succeeding. Seemed like good sports though and were having a great time

Same owner for the past 15 years and he only put about 13k miles on it in the past six years. Judging from the top I’m pretty sure it just sat in his garage with the top down so the tires could be pretty old. I honestly hadn’t thought about that. Kind of funny that you just bought those tires but based on their price

Never take your kids to ____________. You pretty much just summed up having kids.

One of the best days of my life.

What tires do you have? Any recommendations? Been looking at the Firestone Firehawk Indy 500s. Seems like a good combo of price and reviews on Tire Rack.

You are definitely a glutton for punishment. I drove mine today and halfway to where I was going I asked myself if I even like it that much. I think I need to replace the tires before I do anything. It has a set of newer Goodyear Eagle all season tires that grip everything and nothing, its hard to explain. They follow

Not going to rip you as the thing was absolutely meh, but it was a very decent meh. GF at the time had a Freestyle as her company car and we drove that thing all over the country. It had decent space and with the CVT it got 26-27 mpg on the highway which isn’t bad for a car that size. Only thing that went wrong was

Holy shit, having spent a lot of time in that scene in the 90's I don’t remember these at all. Probably says more about my activities at the places it would be acceptable to wear these.
