No doubt, but none of those things piss people off like kneeling for the anthem does. And you’re right about winning, the problem is that he hasn’t been winning for the past few years.

Probably, but is that kind of production worth the longer term consequences of signing him?
Sure, but is the production he would provide be worth it?
Kizer isn’t a good example for obvious reasons and the whole Peterman thing is completely inexplicable. Kap has been in decline for a few years now or maybe the style of offense he was good at has fallen out of favor in the NFL. While he still might be superior I don’t think he is good enough for it to be worth it. It…
He was a very good football player. He currently isn’t a good football player.
Firing O’Brien because his QB (and a shitload of their other top players) got hurt would be dumb af.
The Volvo deal is 15000 miles per year which is a big deal to me. I’d be pushing that. I think insurance being included in this deal is what makes it interesting for me. Insurance on an S2000 and 2010 Prius is currently around $1400 every six months with the lowest quote I’ve received at about $1240. I’m old and have…
I’m curious about this too. I pay very high insurance because of where I live so I would estimate my insurance for one of these would be about a $1000 every 6 months. Sales tax about $2500 plus personal property tax per year of around $700. Monthly payment on a $35000 loan over five years is about $645. With some…
Sure, but with the extra weight of the camper stuff it would probably be less. I was estimating the MPG based on the old Escape Hybrid which is rated at 31 mpg on the highway. The battery to run everything would be an added bonus. For delivery uses alone it seems so obvious to me, no idea why they haven’t made it.
Seriously. And you can replace RV with Ferrari or Lamborghini in the article and its basically the same story. Expensive, unnecessary recreation machine that gets shitty gas mileage, in the end, what’s the difference?
Ford is missing a huge opportunity not putting their hybrid system in the Transit Connect and selling them to delivery companies and RV makers. A modern VW-like camper that gets in the upper 20's mpg would sell a shit load.
I prefer this version
No doubt, Tesla can increase their reliability probably quicker than anyone. And of course they designed the Model 3 to be reliable, its not like they designed the Model S to be a POS. As of right now, they are basing the rating on Tesla’s history which is real world data. I would bet that the CR ratings are going to…
Its probably true though, why else would CR single out the model 3 in their press release. Tesla generates strong reactions both positive and negative from people.
It does seem kind of weird but I bet they are fairly accurate. Its not unrealistic to think that a car would have similar reliability to the other cars a manufacturer makes, especially since they are made in the same factory (Teslas are all made in the same CA factory that used to be a joint Toyota-GM venture aren’t…
160 MPH and climbing rapidly before I begged him to stop in a rusty Dodge Dart Swinger Special. Who gives their 16 year old nephew a Dart modified to go almost 200 mph? A NASCAR mechanic.
I see your point (Blane Gabbert was a first round pick!) but I think you are downplaying the fact that running QB’s get hurt. When rushing is a part of a QB’s game they typically don’t do as well when they stop rushing. See the difference between Cam Newton or Alex Smith’s 2015, 2016 and so far in 2017.
the only reason manual guys insist on them is to be snobs against people who long for the good old days
Automatics and semi-automatics shift faster, get you from point A to B faster, and frees your hands up to do other things like change the radio station or drink a cup of coffee (aka Joe) on the highway.
I did the same thing with Mr Robot but I finally got around to watching it last week and it was decent. Better than I’d heard.
