I suppose Musk thinks that if you need servicing, you can just call the Geek Squad or roll into a Best Buy or Radio Shack to get your batteries, charger, and then off to Home Depot for some electrical wiring.

It's too bad it took all this fuss to make this situation somewhat right. Had he not made a stink about it on the internet, they would have probably towed it away on a flat bed to an impound lot because it was taking up space on their lot and told him to take a hike.
