in fairness, having one of the best players playing is usually worth some % chance of winning the games they lost, especially when one of those loses was to a terrible Raiders team.

To be fair, this same problem applies to almost all corporations, so I don’t know if NFL specifically should be singled out
the problem is that those 4 areas populations only account for roughly 25% of the state. so, yeah, the generalization is gonna be pretty spot on 75% of the time
because it is still an out for the player. and those players aren’t strangled by the yoke of the NCAA, meaning they can get endorsements to make money through the year. while many top guys might not make a ton of money from it, most of these guys played at big time universities, so there is almost always going to be…
that’s not how math works.
the NFL isn’t about making teams better, it’s about making as many teams stay in the playoff hunt as long as possible.
players don’t have to play for the team that drafted them. if they sit out the year they are re-inserted into the draft.
3 years?!?!
But is it really a lie if you believe it?
impeach him and do what? watch the senate not remove him from office?
She’s like the Jackie Robinson of American politics right now. Not merely qualified, but operating on a whole other level.
i’m pretty sure there is a drill they do that involves actually aiming at the upright. so there is probably some statistical data held by each team
Sports are awesome!
?!?
last i checked, paying a 55 year old 1.25 Mil for being on the team almost 2 decades ago isn’t a smart business model. but what do i know, i’m not a billionaire
imo they’re taking the side of the team, not the billionaire owner. the specific owner isn’t important. for example, look at the Skins: most fans know Dan Snyder is human trash and their fans tend to not like him, but they root for the team
i love the economical fallacy that players salaries are the reason for ridiculous ticket prices.
lets not forget, while talking about salaries and payroll, that Bobby Bonilla (55) and Brett Saberghagen (55) are both on the player payroll of the same franchise.
ftfy
Hopefully that was the Last Responder Bowl
