you’re going to have to wait until after the midterms. Dems have been especially quiet on many things that could lead to impeachment because they don’t want to rile the Rep base up to go vote in Nov. after the midterms, it will start to ramp up again.

i’d argue that the bumpers would actually hinder someone who throws with spin. i’ve had many a shot that hung on the edge of the gutter and came back in for strikes. if the bumper is up, it would hit the bumper and completely fuck the shot up.
