why couldnt he just strap the seatbelt in behind his bag???? he was smart enough to remove the headrest and put it back in to hold his bag open, im sure he could maneuver strapping the seatbelt in before putting his bag in.

do accidents really cost the city though? in most cases, i would wager that insurance companies or the people who cause the accidents are required to pay for any facilities damaged.

that’s not a legit use for this. if an inanimate object is triggering the seat belt beep, just buckle the fucking seat belt. it’s not going to matter either way, so why spend $$ to avoid it? this is a tax on the stupid.

maybe just move out of alabama to a state that is less bottom rung?
