the only fair way to do it would be to say all football players at every division 1A school get $X. womens bball players get $Y, track and field athletes get $Z, etc etc. that stops bigger schools from destroying the player pool. if you want to bitch that X>Y, well, sorry one sport generates more revenue than another.
