since all bodies are different, just because that’s what happens to you doesnt mean everyone has the same experience :) unless i stretch, i remain sore whether i am training indefinitely or for a period of time. it does not go away or lessen unless i stretch. please dont assume everyones body fits the mold of yours!
not for me! stretching does something different to my body that a walk or other exercise does not do. (as is custom on internet comments, i must explain and preface this by saying i am speaking from experience).
arent the “cherries” meant to be hollies???
also, as a tangent - i think starbucks baristas live on high horses and i hate going there. i immediately feel like a toddler being scolded if i ask them ANY questions like “how much sugar is in this?” or “i asked for no foam and this has foam”... they all get so mad at me!!!
i recently read that it doesnt really do anything either, but for what it’s worth, after i stretch i definitely feel different... maybe it’s placebo but i feel less tense in general after stretching.
i dont believe stretching actually does anything until i exercise without stretching lol
absolutely - it also helps to know “design-speak” so you can translate to your developer colleagues who may not understand what the hell the designer was talking about. so awesome you had that exposure too! :D
im an introvert and oddly i thought i would fit in - it seems like the amount of collaboration and pairing now required sort of forces you to be an extrovert. i never felt like i belonged either, even with my mother having a cs degree (which she didnt use because finding a job for her in that field was not easy I…
i wanted to be a veterinarian and i ended up a web developer - games will plant seeds you dont even know are growing :)
i played video games as a child (what’s up nintendooooo) and in 5th grade, a really cool pothead teacher taught me how to play chess. when i was 12, my mother - a programmer - taught me how to make a calculator. when i was 13,i got a copy of photoshop and started designing websites. when i was 15, i harnessed what…
i hope this is fabricated - i cant tell with 99.9999999999% of his episodes.
i hate georgia and i am so relieved to have moved away before 2016. georgia is the new florida except without the gulf. i mean.... wow i seriously passionately hate georgia.
why she wasnt fired immediately ill never understand. i dont even get why they have to interview her; she is clearly a bad example of a human being and shouldnt be allowed to teach impressionable children.
all jokes aside, this kinda shit is really depressing. :(
i dont need food explained to me :) i just left a comment saying it sucked that edibles werent considered in legalization. other people have commented and told me it’s because food regulation takes longer, so it makes sense that in order to push this out, they approved what they could and will work on niche concerns…
the oils are probably best for someone like me with a shitty sensitive body. i tried vaping - my lungs started rattling within a week. D: in conclusion, my body sucks lol.
i dont like gummies either - i use Kiva chocolates because they are most consistent, dont taste like shit, are cut into pieces that are dosed, and theyre child-proof.
oils are a good point but imo, ive used oils and they feel harder to dose. i guess the accuracy can be argued as similar to edibles in that you cant tell for certain how much is REALLY in the edible portion too. i would honestly prefer oils over edibles but where i am, i dont have that as much of an option. edibles…
good point - food items do take a different route when trying to obtain approval.
i strongly disagree - i grew up in a house with smokers. cigarette smoke lingers forever & makes people immediately allergic - weed smoke pretty much disappears if you’re airing your place out. it’s illegal to smoke cigarettes in the building i live in for that reason. it might be more pungent of a smell but it…
