I don’t think it’s a “complete lack of trust” in Trubisky. I think it’s a “complete desire to keep his job” by John Fox. Fox is going to do whatever he can to win games in the (useless, I think) attempt to save his job, even if it utterly ignores developing Trubisky as a passer.
