@Cloud_Hiro: and let's not forget, that that fetal stem cells come from those fetuses which are being disposed of anyways. Even still, more and more research is being done without them.

@Platypus Man: Well, for the times when you don't have internet, then you play locally with other people who also have the game. This goes along with Nintendo's love for getting gamers together to game together. That's not to say that it couldn't have a decent single player mode as well. Besides, all Nintendo would

@Platypus Man: Ummm, I think you missed the connection there. Mario Kart DS is an online multiplayer game and just happens to be one of, if not the most, popular game on the DS. A Smash Bros. game would work brilliantly as a multiplayer game on the 3DS.

@Platypus Man: isn't that what wi-fi and wireless gameplay is for? Also, Mario Kart DS. Enough said.

Give me a Super Mario Galaxy sequel on the go!

If people would learn to get over their biases, they'll realize that both systems are gonna be tons of fun and for very different reasons. There's no reason you can't enjoy the 3DS and NGP at the same time. Kinky, no?

@Simon Stallwood: I doubt your opinion is gonna match up with the millions of 3DS system and game sales just over the horizon.

@Kris Lloyd: Actually, it looks like it's all custom textures to me.

Super sextacular!!

@relic1980: Nyeah! Wiseguy, eh? Wub-ub-ub-ub-ub!

I think I'm on Kotaku...am I on Kotaku?

I think this is a repeat of the current generation. I have the exact same feelings going into this as I did before the DS and PSP.

That's fine, just give me Steel Diver and Pilotwings before then and I'll be right as rain.

It's as if it's all coming at you in 3D...except it's not.

If only they'd have put a 3D screen on it, it would have absolutely floored me.

Finally, Katamari Damacy can be played on the go the way it was meant to be played. A few years too late, but I'll take it.

@Skint0n3: That's debatable at this point. I find that most 3D aficionados praise Panasonic's 3D tvs over Sony's. With the PSP, they could have blown the 3DS out of the water with their own 3D screen, but being Sony, they don't think that far ahead or creatively. Rather than lead, they follow.

@Golgari: OLED is definitely exciting stuff, but not portable 3D exciting.

@mindf1ow: Once they get their hands on the 3DS I bet there will be no going back and anything without a 3D screen will look like the past...and boring by comparison.
