This has been a problem in previous bethesda games and bioware games if I recall. The line wasn’t so simple as sarcasm, but the lines were always different dialogue from what was actually said and would sometimes be drastically different.

One change that I would make to this build is the CPU cooler. I have this case and it’s a bit rough to fit in a liquid cooler, but it will fit. At the very least you need a better aircooler than the stock one.
