The ACA needs to be replaced with universal health care. Health care should be provided from taxes, not a forced “marketplace.” She has mentioned “better support” for families, but nothing specific.

I think part of the problem is that concepts like paid family leave time, universal health care, and a higher minimum wage are considered “radical” to begin with. In almost every other country in the world those things aren’t considered “radical” they are standards.
I don’t think I can vote for her.
One that guarantees minimum three month paid family. One that guarantees a raised minimum wage to $15 an hour. One that provides universal healthcare. For starters.
I’m right there with you, sister. It would have been really awesome to see a woman get there under different pretenses who held a more family-friendly, less hawkish platform. I love Bernie, but am begrudgingly voting for Clinton because the alternative is just too terrible.
I just don’t think we need to live in a world where some cars have people paying no attention and are relying solely on sensors to keep them and everyone around them alive
Of course, but I still stand by my original statement. If you have to slap that sort of disclaimer on a product, it is likely not ready for public use. Especially on something where failure could result in death.
I always got him confused with Predrag Stojakovic.
Still not the worst beating suffered by a Ventura on the mound.
I would not have done this for $100.
The long short of it is employers have been taking in revenue for every minute an employee works overtime and that revenue is profit for the owner. If he/she cuts back on their hours that product is not being made/served to bring in that revenue. Pay employees for assisting to keep your company functioning. A company…
Could not agree with you more.
Ugh, it’s so skeezy how ad agencies ask people—especially younger employees—to work such crazy long hours. It’s advertising. It’s not saving lives. This stuff is not high stakes enough to demand that people bust their asses like that. A lot of it really just seems like something that’s done to inflate their own sense…
His college calls have been fantastic, but I’m still partial to his work calling Happy Gilmore’s first major win at the 1996 Tour Championship.
You can’t count votes that havent happened yet Chuck, give it a rest. If you’re so confident its going to all go Clinton’s way, what’s the fuss?
Sanders cultist? Clinton leading by 900? [ITS ABOVE 9000!!!???]
I hope he didn’t mean to suggest that they donate the proceeds towards “women’s health issues, or something (else worthwhile)“ because then your bitchy overreaction would be misplaced.
I can’t see a downside. Bernie is a pro, and he’ll dismantle Trump piece by tiny piece. Upside for the Dems, a much more public version of Elizabeth Warren’s Twitter war with El Drumpfo. If, by some longshot, Bernie became the nominee, he’ll have already embarrassed the Donald on a national stage. If the more likely…
Incidentally, I know the “Aaron Burr” milk commercial actor in real life, and I’m going to take great delight in forwarding this to him and his apparently un-bone-able face.
That is literally the straightest thing you’ve ever said.
