Why are you here wasting your time commenting then? Just go work at the soup kitchen.

All right, to each their own, if you like the prequels, that’s your biz, but this? Nah. You don’t get to say that the only reason people dislike the prequels is because the Great Unwashed told them to on the internet. Some people dislike the prequels because they’ve already considered their strengths and weaknesses

One of the best voice actors alive delivering rusty lines? That is definitely just a theory. Unless he has forgotten how to use his normal voice and can do nothing but the Joker.

The hate toward the prequels is completely justified. I don’t mean to parrot the same old Plinkett talking points, but Lucas attempted to follow up a fun, raw action series with a trilogy of films about political subterfuge. The maneuvering of Palpatine really isn’t that interesting, especially for what is ultimately

Usually the person screaming loudest about how no one should care is the person that cares the most, but, thanks for missing the joke. I do it for the fans.

Why? It’s snl, it won’t be funny

In a truly biblical fuck up, a colossian mistake by Steve Harvey, but congrats to Miss Phillipians.

The old “I predicted what happened, therefore it’s not a good story” internet post. It never gets old.

It’s almost as if the entire Star Wars series is based on traditional story tropes and archetypes that are hundreds if not thousands of years old. Who would have thought!

You say "Nintendo didn’t make a desirable product." yet you want their products over emulation... so they are desirable after all, you just don't want to spend any money!

First of all, you just further complicated your point rather than clarifying it. But to your claims on emulation and sales, or emulation and piracy, I think it’s obvious that we’re not talking about any legal or legitimate form of emulation. We’re talking about unauthorized emulation that’s been created for the sole

I think you’d agree that the majority of subtle tweaks are actually for the better (better lasers, more ships in space, the scene with Biggs, fixing the sets, etc.), and it’s just a handful changes that really irritate people.

Its like there is no mystery left in things. The ending doesnt have to explain what happened to everybody it shows that you saved the world and thats all you need to know! When I first beat it and saw the “secret” ending and then the stars I thought it was so perfect. The planet recovered and all is well now. Good

Oh, that is some blatant bullshit. This remake is guaranteed to sell millions of copies, if they opened it up for preorder tomorrow they would probably have at least a million paid for by the end of the month. Fans would eat up limited editions, day one bundles and even console bundles without any hesitation. Shit,

That is what people want. They want a “perfected” version of the game they love. One with graphics that age well, and with some of the bugs and gameplay issues from the original fixed and maybe some new extra content.

The assumption is, because of an episodic structure, the player will be focused into the plot-critical moments instead of allowing for the extensive build-up and ambiance that makes the JRPG experience great to begin with. By this press release, they’re essentially telling us they have no interest in a full remake;

I tried it, and its decent for what it is...but I’m just burnt out on MMO’s.

Like the original games, the new Strider falls into the metroidvania genre and focuses on a mix of combat and platforming in a large, non-linear game area.
