There are two factors here. One is whether people should have self worth and the other is whether obesity is a health problem. I think the answer to both of those is Yes.

I mean, he reported his own car as stolen, didn’t report that it was recovered, and then fled from police when they found his stolen car, which he was running away from them in.

So at my job I have key responsibilities, things my employer expects me to be able to do correctly. If I mess those up, I face disciplinary action. That could be a write-up, or retraining, or potentially even termination.
