Can we get a follow up story after she is released from her psych watch? I for one would like to know if she tries again or ends up "really living" because it happened for a reason, or if she goes back to life as usual.

It's shit like this that makes me believe the government can and will do ANYTHING they want. I'm sure the pig man experiments are just a real life Costanza away from io9's titular titles.
If we make one Neanderthal, that would be condemning them to be forever alone, the last of a species. Unless they interbreed? Unless we make two? Will they be destined to be a literal Adam and Eve for a new Neanderthal race?
@Orionsaint: I think you can disable a Theme's sound effects in the options menu.
@Minbad: Far more useless.
@switchblade saints: yore both right
@-MasterDex-: I'm pretty sure that's exactly how Oppenheimer created the a-bomb.
@salient1: You have been hearted.
@grendelthing: It's true. You can't use a rational argument against a belief in the irrational. Logic cannot hold where logic is not applied.
@Dresan:
I love the idea of Manifest Destiny bleeding out into parallel universes. This is a definite read for me!
I was really hoping the Men vs. Women chart was keywords each gender searched, spread out by the most non-overlapping terms at each pole.
@beercheck: That should be Rule 35.
@ProfessorSara: I find Katie drops deeper nerd references than any other geek character I've seen on a TV show.
@cinnamonster: Apparently Jim has learned the nimble-footed ways of Legolas.
@akacrash: As soon as the audience thinks something catalytic will happen, they yank out the rug. Pretty disappointing instant resolution. Katie is smarter than that too - she should know what she saw (I'm sure she looked at it a half dozen times while he was asleep) and suspect he might have superpowers too!
@maggeimerc: Evil loan sharks need to make violent examples of any clients who fail to meet their end of the bargain. It's not the money, the loan shark is rich - it's the principle. Source: Other TV shows and movies.
@Jonas72: The GTAIV reference is probably alluding to Bubblegum Crisis, which is an AWESOME 1980s cyberpunk anime series.
@Smeagol92055: I blame Jay and Silent Bob. And Stan doesn't want us asking these questions anyway ;)
It's STUPID how similar they are.
