That season was a TRAVESTY. Kimberly should have won. Frances NEVER took the criticism they gave her seriously, and she continued to fuss with little fondant sculptures instead on focusing on the flavors and the quality of the baking over and over and over. This low-key hurts my heart. It’s a shame, because I LOVE Sandi Toksvig, and I’ve traditionally enjoyed Noel Fielding on QI, but this just feels so wrong. I think it’s because of the two original judges, Mary Berry is the more essential. She’s the icon.

It would be really nice to go one day without a politician comparing anyone to Hitler. Let’s use our history books and focus on other terrible world leaders. I’d personally like some comparison to Ferdinand and Isabella. Napoleon is a good example.
