A 1 TB HDD is like $50 so it’s still over 5x the price, but considering how slow my 5400 RPM drive is in my laptop it’d probably be worth it to get an SSD. And the Crucial SSD does have good reviews, but I figure I’ll be able to get something closer to $200 on Black Friday or Cyber Monday. Oh, well, we’ll see.

The problem with this is that it’s heinous whereas the Miata looks great.

I’ve been waiting for a 1 TB SSD to get into the affordable range. I’m not sure whether or not to go for it.

That’s a good question. I didn’t really see much on how fast it charges in the reviews, but it does have good reviews. And it’s nice that it’s water resistant because I had a solar charger that I accidentally left outside, it got rained on, and that was the end of it. haha

The ground holes are faced towards the inside and the outlets are really just too close to each other anyway.

Keeping your lithium ion batteries from going below 20% helps a lot, I find. I set up my laptop to hibernate at 20% and warn me at 25%. Two years later and the battery life is close to the same as new. Doing this is especially important if your computer or phone’s battery isn’t replaceable without tearing the phone

How do we know this isn’t going to have some negative side effect?

I was thinking the same thing. Bread was probably the healthiest part of the meal.

My advice is get a Flex instead.

Your healthcare isn’t free, that’s for sure. And add to that everything costs more in Canada.

That last line was unexpected and therefore hilarious.

I guess that’s what I meant to say. It’s rare to see (hear) a diesel in the U.S. without a turbo.

The tire pressure looked to be about 1.5...

You sure you’re on the right website?

As long as you don’t look at brands like Nissan or Mitsubishi.

Is it just me or does it almost sound diesel-ish from the outside?

I actually have some Juicy 3’s that came on my bike. They work okay, but they don’t have enough adjustment and the front squeels quite a bit (though it works well as an alarm to let others know you’re coming - haha). The rotors are also slightly warped so they rub a little bit no matter how many times I try to adjust

I once bought a 8’ x 4’ piece of plywood. I thought it would fit in my Explorer. Turns out it does if you have the tailgate open (I had to use a piece of rope to hold the tailgate down).

It seems it’s even worse with activities where your moving faster. I usually track my MTB rides with my phone and it normally only records 70-80% of the mileage. If you walk the same route it records more of it.

Shimano does make great disc brakes (among other things). Avid on the other hand is pretty spotty...
