On some of them you have to go into the settings to turn on the 3 min screen turnoff and some come with it already on. Did you check in the settings?

I'm using G1Ws front and rear. I got them for about $45 on Amazon. Just watch out for fakes (yes, there are fakes that have lower resolution sensors and crappier processors, etc. in them).

Yup. My mom's 2000 Expedition had one as well, and so does my '06 Explorer. For some reason my mom's 2011 Explorer doesn't have it, but I guess it was probably just an option.
