Slashing tyres is dangerous. Seriously, just put a small stone or piece of grit under the dust-cap, and screw it back down again - much less hassle, no risk, similar end result. If you really really need permanent tyre damage, you can come back 5 mins later with a sharp tool when there’s no risk.
